Weather can be unpredictable for Washington winters but it was kind enough to let up for about an hour so we could sneak in this woodsy engagement session in North Bend. Jon and Cassie love to hike so taking their engagement photos in the forest next to a lake seemed like the perfect place. Despite the crazy wind and slight rain, these two were troopers. Really, how can you resist those beautiful moss-covered evergreens? Their session is a true representation of the beauty of the Pacific Northwest and why they love to call this state home. I can't wait to photograph their wedding at an equally beautiful location in June. Congrats to Jon and Cassie!
