I love Sundays. Truly. It's the one day that David and I both have off together. We don't usually have any plans, we just wake up and do what feels right. Usually it starts with making at least one French press of coffee, although probably more. This morning I woke up and made a quick run to the market to get some fresh eggs and vegetables. I made us a delicious pot of coffee and some breakfast burritos with carrots, spinach, eggs, peppers and onions. It was a great start to the day. It's snowing in Jackson right now, so I don't know what the rest of the day will bring, but at least we have some uninterrupted time to be together. Happy Sunday.
