I had such a wonderful time working with Elyse, a senior in the Class of 2016 at Skyline High School. We took her senior portraits at Discovery Park, taking advantage of the beautiful views and tall summer grass. This spunky, sweet, intelligent young lady carries herself so well. She even plays the viola in the Seattle Youth Symphony Orchestra! For more info on our senior portraits and to take advantage of our summer discounts email amy@amygalbraith.com.

mount rainier engagement session | ben & kelsey
A few months ago, my Facebook page unbelievably reached 1,000 likes. I was honored that so many people took the time to follow, view, and comment on my work! In celebration of that, I decided to give away a free engagement session to one very lucky couple. After reading through a few different posts on why each couple should be chosen, I couldn't get past Ben and Kelsey! These two are major lovers of the outdoors. Midwest turned Northwest residents, they spend a lot of their time hiking, camping, kayaking, and exploring the Cascades. I knew they would be the perfect couple to work with! While their wedding will be next summer in Wisconsin, they wanted their engagement session to capture their love amongst the beauty of the great state of Washington. I spent a lot of time snowboarding on Mt. Rainier in the Paradise area this winter and had been dying to take a couple down there. The views of both Mt. Rainier and the Tatoosh Range are simply breathtaking! Early summer seemed like a good enough time for us to head down there and yielded stunning views with even a little bit of snow on the hike! I had such a wonderful time with Ben and Kelsey and they are thrilled to have photos of them enjoying what they love together. Here are some of my favorites from their session.

seattle senior portraits | alexandra
I had a great time working with Alexandra this spring! I swear these seniors just impress me more and more! Alexandra is an incoming senior at Tesla STEM High School and enjoys singing and playing her guitar. She is smart, fun, and has a great spirit. No doubt we might see this young lady on stage someday!
