I love the Ballard neighborhood in Seattle. The cute storefronts, the old brick walls, unique eateries, the Locks, it's wonderful. When Louisa asked me to photograph their engagement session there I was thrilled. Robert & Louisa like to spend their days off picnicking on the grass and watching the boats float through the Locks and eating at local restaurants. As much as I love my mountain shoots, it was so much fun to do something a little different with these two. I can't wait to photograph their wedding on the Skansonia this weekend!

May 1 had to be one of the most beautiful days of the year so far. The city was alive and everyone had to be outside! Drew and Lieu met me for a beautiful session that day. I had a great time hanging out with these two and absolutely can't wait to photograph their wedding in July!

Beautiful sunny Seattle day right on the verge of summer? Yes, please! Shane and Dana met at UW and are getting married this summer at the Woodmark Hotel in Kirkland. Gorgeous weather and a near empty park on the water made for a very dreamy evening engagement session. These two lovebirds were great and I can't wait to photograph their wedding!
