I'm so excited to share this super adorable engagement session with all of you today. Shaun and Jessica met here in Jackson Hole while working at the Mangy Moose. Years later, they're still madly in love and planning an intimate wedding ceremony in Italy this fall. Jessica is a life coach (you should check out her amazing blog!) and Shaun is a woodworker. They are both doing amazing things for the community and I was thrilled to be the one to photograph their engagement session. It was also a gorgeous evening in Grand Teton National Park which one can never be upset about. Enjoy!

Josh and Trish are two awesome people I've met during my time here in Jackson Hole. They both live and and work in Teton Village. Speaking of, Trish manages an awesome little hangout called the Village Cafe and they need your help! To find out how to "Save the VC" check out their Facebook Page. We'd be so bummed if this sweet little coffee shop/watering hole didn't exist! Moving on to the images with the most amazing backdrops ever...We rode up the tram at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort to take some shots with Cody Peak in the background then skied/snowboarded to a super-secret-locals-only spot for views of Rock Springs Canyon. Love how all of these turned out! We pretty much laughed the whole time and I'm super stoked to photograph their wedding at Rancho Alegre in Jackson Hole this fall. Enjoy these breathtaking shots!

jarrod & hannah's mountain-top engagement

I was so excited when I got a call from Hannah's mom in Alabama this past week. She explained that her daughter's boyfriend was going to propose on their trip to Jackson Hole and she really wanted to have somebody document this special event. After a little coordinating with Jarrod, I sneakily hid behind the pillars at the top of the Jackson Hole gondola with butterflies in my stomach as I watched Jarrod get down on one knee through my lens. Hannah, of course, said yes, and was so excited! I'm sure the two of them were on cloud nine for the rest of their trip. Congratulations, you two, and have fun with your wedding planning!
