Happy Thanksgiving!

So happy to be here on this day with friends. I'm so thankful for all of the opportunities that I've received this year and for the people around me that I love. Hope everyone has a great holiday! Here's what I'm gracing the table with tonight - acorn squash stuffed with pears, hazelnuts, cranberries, and wild rice.

David got a new rifle. I guess that's what people do in Wyoming. Shoot guns and other cowboy things. Anyway, it's full on winter now so we drove down a VERY snowy road to go to a safe place to shoot it. It snowed 10 inches the night before and this road wasn't plowed. Enjoy some shots from the season that I love best.

So I've been back in Jackson Hole for a few days now and I've really taken to snuggling up with a glass of wine next to my fireplace while I re-acclimate to the altitude. Let's just say I'm a little nervous for my first Mount Glory hike after spending half the off-season at sea level. Nevertheless, it's been snowing a lot and I just had to do something snowboarding related. Here are a few shots from last winter to get you going. Get stoked. Winter is almost here!

Jess and Alexis's Engagement Session

Jess and Alexis are two awesome people that I've known since the early college days. They got engaged and thought Gasworks Park would be a great place to have their engagement photos taken. I love Gasworks Park because it has the perfect mix of natural and urban backgrounds. I used to ride my bike here in the summers and hang out on the beach, watching the sailboats and "ducks" go by. November isn't the greatest month in Seattle, but the weather held out for us and we had that perfect softbox of clouds that Seattle so lovingly provides.
